Barb's Crunchy Granola

6 cups

rolled oats

1 cup coconut
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 cups roasted soy nuts
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup flax seed
¾ cup honey
Mix all ingredients in a huge bowl. Spread on a cookie sheet in a two inch layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 to 300 degrees, stirring occasionally. (Using a higher temperature creates a toastier granola.) Let cool and store in an air-tight container.
