The Award Winning Gourmet Honey Collection features regional favorites from
across the United States. Each natural flavor is named for the flowers,
trees or area from which the worker bees collected nectar. Each is a
glistening example of how that specific honey should look and taste,
displaying the unique color, flavor, bouquet and characteristics that
connoisseurs of honey have come to expect from Moonshine Trading Company.
All natural honey will crystallize in time. Some people prefer this
crystallized form because it is easier to spread and measure. However, you
can always return your honey to its liquid form by warming it gently in hot
water, putting it in a microwave at medium for a minute and letting it sit.

Butters
Select, roasted nuts, ground to perfection are the only
ingredients in these wonderful
 spreads.
Use them as you would your favorite peanut butter. Please note that no
stabilizers, salt or sweeteners are ever added to the all-natural nut
butters. As a result, the nut butters will separate, oil from butter, in
time. Refregeration will slow down this process. Use a stiff bladed knife or
similar to carefully recombine the spread. Refrigeration is not necessary
after opening, however storing in a cool place is suggested. Kosher
