When you've confirmed items and correct quantity, proceed to the next step--a secure area to finish and finalize your order. Press the Submit/Complete Order button. You'll be sent e-mail acknowledgement(s) that your order has been received and is being processed.
Call 1-410-548-3395 to place an order by phone order, via mail, you may use this Order Form or simply make a print-out of the Check Out page (the shopping cart, where all items are listed, along with other revelant information). Shipping

    Selection of items to be shipped depends on availability, dimension, and weight, so shipping costs on the web are approximate and may be verified and adjusted at time of shipping, especially international orders. Shipping rates are based on the carrier's published reference tables and can be viewed after entering your address in the checkout order from, before finalizing your order.
   Items ordered together may not be necessarily shipped together.
   All in stock orders ship within 24 hours of receipt. Should any out of stock items require more than 14 days, you will be notified of the delay via your online account with us. Check your order status.

Out of Stock Policy

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. We can special order all out of stock item(s) for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most out-of-stock items ship within 2 weeks. Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis.
You may also request to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery.

Returns

   Please email sales@herbalhut.com as soon as possible if what you received is not to your satisfaction. We do not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of order.
   Please provide a brief explanation and the course of action, i.e. credit/refund your charge account or send check or exchange for another item or if broken, exchange for another similar item.
   Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us (unless we shipped you the wrong item(s), and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped Ground service unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
   We can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf if it arrived damaged or is lost. Only Fedex and UPS includes free (covers up to $100) insurance.
   Please package carefully and return to the address below, along with the brief note.
   You will receive a prompt product refund or store credit minus a 10% restocking fee, unless it was our error (shipped you the wrong item(s).
